Why aren't my visits to my landing page counting in my report?
Viser™ counts Unique Vistors by providing the end-user with a session cookie that tells Viser™ they have visited a published URL before. When a published URL is visited more than once, that visit is not counted, keeping your response data as accurate as possible.
If you are testing a Published URL and need to see each visit, simply clear your cookies in your broswer preferences, and Viser will count your visits.

How is it possible that I have more Responses than Unique Visitors?
In order to track unique visitors, Viser™ provides all visitors with a cookie that tells their browser they have viewed the page before. However, they are able to submit a form more than once, as Viser™ does not restrict form submissions to unique visitors.
